Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Holiday Episodes, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible experience when booking flights, hotels, and travel packages. However, we understand that travel plans may change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Flight Bookings

Flight bookings are subject to the individual airline’s cancellation and refund policy. Refunds depend on the fare rules of the airline. Service charges or convenience fees paid to Holiday Episodes are non-refundable.

2. Hotel Reservations

Hotel booking cancellations are governed by the hotel’s own policy. Some hotel rates are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any applicable charges imposed by the hotel or supplier.

3. Holiday Packages

For customized holiday packages, cancellation terms depend on the travel service providers (airlines, hotels, and activity operators). In case of partial cancellations or amendments, refund amounts will be calculated based on actual costs incurred.

4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days. In certain cases (e.g., third-party delays), it may take longer. Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment only.

5. No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellations

No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of departure/check-in may not be eligible for any refund, as per airline/hotel rules.

6. Service Charges

All service charges, booking fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by Holiday Episodes.

7. Force Majeure

Holiday Episodes shall not be responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
